Research begins with you.  The type of research we conduct is driven by the desire to build better products.  Our research is behavioral-based and is in no way physically intrusive.  Signing up does not guarantee your participation in research studies.  Participation is based on the target audience for a particular product.  This form serves only as a means to gather general information and client companies may require further information.  Research with 3 to 1 Consulting, LLC is strictly voluntary and participants may request to be removed from our list of potential participants at any time.  We maintain your information for 1 year.  To remain on our list, we will contact you for your consent again.
