In 2022 we soft launched our accessibility conformance evaluation services by evaluating several apps from a suite of products intend to help teachers, students, administrators and parents with online learning for kids and adults. From manual evaluation to digital testing platforms we strive to ensure persons with vision, hearing, physical and mental disabilities have reasonable and functional access to learning materials and information.

Effective communication plays a huge role in all our research and design deliverables. How we do it is really no big secret - we simply pay attention! We listen to stakeholder requests, we ensure we have a good grasp on the system infrastructure, we listen and observe what is and isn't being said, we watch for reaction (verbal, body language and implied understanding). Once we've observed enough information, we recommend a design that looks, feels and communicates effectively to the intended audience.

The research
UX is most often called on to resolve issues in digital environments. We do that too. But we're more diverse and inclusive than that. We've conducted studies on both digital and physical spaces. And we're not afraid to tackle the scary or most controversial issues including politics and race relations. We produce recommended designs in both physical and digital spaces based on thorough research. We are very detail-oriented and consider more than the layout, we ensure the message, the brand, flow and the legal impact on every piece of the design. Our History
3 To 1 Consulting, LLC was founded in 2018 by Denise Bonzon. It is a pure UX consulting firm based on a few key principles. One is that we strive to give the best to our client while advocating for the client's user community.
Denise was first introduced to UX in 2002 and immediately set out to earn a Masters of Science in Applied Cognition & Neuroscience with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). She had previously earned a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science with an emphasis on Psychology.
After over 10 years of progressive experience under her belt, Denise launched her first UX consulting firm under the name D'Bonzon Consulting, LLC. In 2018, the name was changed to 3 to 1 Consulting, LLC.
Over the years 3 to 1 Consulting, LLC has been an influencer in the development of new-to-the-market products/services and the redesign of existing products/services in telecommunication, supply chain, healthcare, sports & entertainment, retail, education, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, banking, religion and more.
3 To 1 Consulting, LLC strongly believes in dedicating resources to one project at a time to ensure our clients receive the best and the fullest of our attention - something that sets us apart from our competitors.
